Aluminum "Navy" style chairs - set of four - SOLD

The aluminum "navy" chair received its name because it was originally designed during World War II for the US Navy to be a chair that could withstand salt water, be exceptionally light, and still be incredibly strong. While these aren't the original Emeco brand chairs that were created in 1944, they share a very close resemblance and are a fine and much more affordable alternative - all four being available for half the price of one Emeco aluminum 1006 Navy chair.

This set of four chairs is in terrific vintage condition, with no dents, serious scratches, or marks. While they weigh next to nothing, they are incredibly sturdy and durable. They will look fantastic around your wooden dining table or could be equally great in your screened in porch - as they will never rust. These are the kind of classic design that never goes out of style.
